Plastic ceiling inserts

The form insert is designed to be made of mixed recycled plastic. The distance between ribs lightening the piece while meeting all the standard criteria concerning the reinforcement optimisation is 300x300 mm. Board size is adapted to the manufacturing, transporting and handling conditions: 1200x900 mm or 1200x600 mm. Board height is 130,160 or 190 mm. In order to ensure the advantageous "stackability" of elements during transport and storage, the wall thickness should not exceed 15 mm. The boards can be designed as removable forms or as permanent formwork left in the ceiling structure. In case of permanent formwork inserts, the boards are equipped with internal distance ribs ensuring the reinforcement positioning with the required minimum concrete cover. The thickness of the cast reinforced-concrete slab is considered to be 50 mm.
